Since I've been doing research in Catholic Scouting, I've been trying to collect every issue, of every publication, ever published by the National Catholic Committee on Scouting. My hope is to
have a complete set of publications, not only for my personal research, but for future research as well. I plan to eventually donate the material I have collected to a university archive, so that future
researchers would not have to travel across the country searching for documents, as I did. I am also thinking about scanning the newsletters and creating a CD-ROM, as the newsletters were not printed on
acid-free paper.
In my research, I've obtained both originals and copies of NCCS publications. Needless to say, while I would love to have a copy of any publication I do not have, I would also like to have
original publications.

NCCS Newsletters
As you will notice, the publication name of the NCCS "Newsletter" has changed since it first appeared in 1937. Up until
1987, each issue was printed with both the volume number and issue number. During 1987 that convention was stopped.
If there is no volume/issue number noted, then none was printed on the publication. In 1995, the newly named NCCS
publication ("The Bridge") was printed with a volume/issue number, starting with volume number 3, issue number 1.
